ABOUT 144
At 144 Love in Education, our mission is simple yet powerful: to bring love, creativity, and soul back into learning. Founded by Norwegian intuitive professional educator Linn Angell, we believe education should nurture not only the mind but also the heart.

144 offers conscious language programs, Indigo Coach Program, Pedagogic Meditation (Pm) programs for schools and homeschoolers, as welll as Beelove Programs for younger children.
​
All programs are grounded in presence, awareness, and respect for the child's inner world, supporting motivation, creativity, conscious learning, and meaningful connection.​

Everything in 144 is inspired by the principle of Giving it Forward. Education is shared openly, guided by generosity, trust, and colloboration, so conscious learning can remain accessible to all.

The vision of 144 is to co-create a new educational system for our New Earth, inspired by the philosophies of 144 and guided by love, awareness, and responsibility. This vision looks toward a New Earth, where education nurtures the whole human being and supports both personal and collective growth.
Pedagogic Meditation
ABOUT Pm
Pedagogic Meditation (Pm) is created for teachers, instructors, and learning environments. It supports calm, focus, and creativity through simple practices grounded in both scientific insight and inner awareness.

PM works with breath and body awareness, emotional regulation, imagination, music, and creative expression. Drawing from intuition, neuroscience, pedagogy, psychology, and contemplative traditions, it supports the inner conditions where learning can unfold naturally. PM does not replace curriculum or therapy.
​
144 also offers individualized Pedagogic Meditation curricula for schools, inspired by the giving it forward philosophy and developed in dialogue with each school’s needs.
​
Pedagogic Meditations and the Pedagogic Meditation Teacher Program are available in the 144 app and can be used in any educational setting, often in just a few minutes at a time.

Indigo Coaching
ABOUT
Indigo Coaching is an intuitive development program. It is a self-development and guidance program for intuitive young people and the adults who support them. It helps create trust, emotional balance, and inner clarity through practices grounded in both psychological insight and intuitive awareness.
​
The program begins with the coach’s own inner alignment. From this place, guidance becomes supportive rather than controlling, and responsive rather than directive. Indigo Coaching draws from an intuitive vision, as well as from psychology, coaching, and awareness-based traditions to support self-belief, emotional regulation, and inner authority.
​
144 offers Indigo Coaching as part of its "Giving it Forward" philosophy, supporting sensitive and intuitive youth, especially those who feel out of place in rigid or overly cognitive systems.
​
The Indigo Coaching Program is available in the 144 app for educators, coaches, parents, and professionals working with children and young people.
