The 144 App
At 144 Education NGO, we are dedicated to creating positive change in education and homeschooling through conscious teaching and learning. We offer holistic educational programs designed to support students, teachers, and families worldwide.
Our work is delivered through the 144 Homeschooling Program (available soon), 144 Language School, and 144 Pedagogic Meditation Programs for students, teachers, and younger children. The language programs are offered as live online sessions and structured classes, and all programs are inspired by the 144 Method, Pedagogic Meditation for Conscious Teaching and Learning.
Those who wish to join the Pm Teacher Program, Indigo Coach Program or participate in the Language Programs are invited to book a free 144 Call in the app and sign up through a personal onboarding process. These programs are also offered free of charge and are grounded in the principle of giving forward.

Pedagogic Meditation
ABOUT Pm
144 creates individualized Pedagogic Meditation (Pm) curricula for schools, homeschoolers, and families, supporting higher-conscious education and holistic child development. These curricula are designed to nurture not only academic learning, but also emotional well-being, inner awareness, creativity, and a deep sense of connection.
The Pedagogic Meditation programs are inspired by Linn Angell’s studies of Georgi Lozanov, whose work emphasized relaxed learning, inner receptivity, and the untapped potential of the human mind. They are also deeply influenced by Rudolf Steiner’s educational philosophy, which recognizes the child as a whole human being, encompassing intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions.
Grounded in Linn’s professional teaching career, the programs emerge from years of observing that children often struggle when education lacks inner connection, presence, and meaning. When learning is disconnected from the child’s inner life, curiosity, confidence, and joy can diminish.
The PM programs are further inspired by Linn’s intuitive work as a professional coach, integrating conscious guidance, empathy, and deep listening. Together, these elements create learning environments where children feel seen, supported, and empowered, allowing education to arise from alignment, awareness, and love in the educational environment.
