Meditation means bringing your full attention to the present moment.

About I AM :)

I AM (Intuitive Active Meditation) is a human-centered approach to learning, personal growth, and conscious living. It is based on the idea that meditation is not limited to sitting still, but can also be experienced through creating, learning, teaching, reflecting, movement, and meaningful action.

As technology continues to transform education, work, and everyday life, I AM explores how we can cultivate the uniquely human capacities that technology cannot replace, including creativity, intuition, compassion, self-awareness, presence, and conscious choice.

Through guided meditations, educational resources, creative practices, and learning experiences, I AM supports individuals, educators, schools, and homeschooling communities seeking a more intentional, meaningful, and human-centered approach to growth and learning.

There are two ways to become part of the I AM movement.

Sponsor: Organizations, schools, educators, businesses, and individuals may choose to sponsor an I AM pathway within the 144 App. Through the sponsorship program, Linn Angell creates and publishes a customized series of 10 guided I AM meditations, typically delivered within two weeks and made available through the 144 ecosystem.

I AM Creator Pathway: Those who wish to create their own meditations and learning experiences may join the 14-Day I AM Teacher Pathway. Participants receive guidance, support, and training to create their first four I AM meditations while learning the foundations of Intuitive Active Meditation. Upon completion, participants become qualified I AM Teachers and may contribute their own meditations and resources to the growing 144 community as well as into their own communitites.

  • No. The I AM Intuitive Active Meditation program is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The purpose is not to meditate perfectly, but to become more aware, present, and intentional in your daily life.

  • That's perfectly okay. Intuition and creativity are qualities that can be developed through practice. This journey is designed to help you reconnect with abilities you may have forgotten, rather than teach you something entirely new.

  • Yes, but remember that your meditations do not need to be perfect. The goal is simply to practice listening to your intuition and expressing your ideas through creation. Your authentic voice is more important than creating a perfect meditation.

  • Q: Why is this important in the age of AI?

    As technology becomes increasingly capable of processing information, uniquely human qualities become even more valuable. Creativity, intuition, compassion, presence, conscious choice, and meaningful human connection are capacities that technology cannot replace.
